Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order size. We ship from Dasmariñas, Cavite:

🚚 Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping — Our default shipping method via trusted logistics partners (J&T, LBC, or similar). Tracking number provided once shipped.
• Direct Delivery — For bulky items like appliances and electronics requiring special handling. Scheduled with the customer prior to delivery.
• Dealer/Installer Bulk Shipping — Customized logistics arrangements for large volume orders. Coordinated through your account manager.

📜 Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after confirmation
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched
• Shipping times do not include weekends and public holidays
• Remote or island areas may require additional transit time
• Cloud Gemini Electronics is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or courier issues beyond our control

📦 Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Electronics are protected with bubble wrap, foam padding, and reinforced boxes. Fragile items receive additional protection.

If you receive a package that appears damaged during transit, please do not open it and contact us immediately with a photo of the package.

• Can I choose my shipping date? — For standard orders, shipping follows our processing schedule. For bulk or high-value orders, we can arrange a preferred delivery date.
• Do you ship internationally? — Currently, we only ship within the Philippines. International shipping may be available in the future.
• Can I pick up my order? — Yes! Store pickup is available at our office in Dasmariñas, Cavite. Simply select Store Pickup as your delivery method at checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection. Office hours: Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
