Return request is made within 7 days of delivery date

Items that have been used, installed, or modified
Items returned without original packaging or accessories
Items where damage was caused by misuse or negligence
Requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery
Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable

💰 Refund Information

Refunds are processed to the original payment method
For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or GCash
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Dealer credit orders will have the amount credited back to your credit balance
