Ordering

How do I place an order?
Browse our products on the storefront, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or log in to complete your purchase. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You may request to cancel or modify your order while it is still in Pending status. Once the order has been confirmed or is being processed, changes may no longer be possible. Please contact us immediately at Contact Us for assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for standard customer orders. Dealers may also use credit terms based on their approved credit limit. We are working on adding more payment options soon.

How do I create an account?
Click the Register link in the header or visit the registration page. Fill in your name, email, and password. You'll receive a verification email—click the link to verify your account and start shopping.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Please contact our support team via the Contact Us page and we will assist you in resetting your password.
How do I become a dealer or installer?
Dealer and installer accounts are created by our admin team. If you're interested in becoming an authorized dealer or installer, please reach out through our Contact Us page with your business details and we will review your application.

Are all prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices displayed on our storefront are VAT-inclusive (12% VAT). The VAT amount is shown on the product detail page for your reference.
Do you offer product warranties?
Yes, all products sold by Cloud Gemini Electronics come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty duration varies by product category. Please check the product description or contact us for specific warranty details.
What if a product is out of stock?
Out-of-stock products are still visible on the store but cannot be added to cart. We regularly restock popular items. Contact us via the Contact Us page if you'd like to be notified when a product is back in stock.
