We currently deliver to addresses within the Philippines. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Metro Manila 1-3 business days All days except holidays
Cavite & Laguna 1-2 business days All days except holidays
Luzon (outside NCR) 3-5 business days Monday to Saturday
Visayas 5-7 business days Monday to Friday
Mindanao 7-10 business days Monday to Friday

What to expect at each step:
  • Pending → Confirmed: Usually within a few hours on business days. You will receive an email confirmation.
  • Confirmed → Processing: We pick and pack your items. Typically 1 business day.
  • Processing → Shipped (delivery orders): We hand your parcel to the courier. You'll receive tracking details via email.
  • Processing → Ready for Pickup (pickup orders): We'll notify you by email when your order is ready at our office in Dasmariñas, Cavite. Office hours: Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • → Delivered: Carrier confirms delivery, or you collect your order at our office. Order is complete.

Authorized dealers and installers may have different delivery arrangements based on their agreements. Bulk orders may be subject to special handling and scheduling. Please coordinate with your account manager or contact us for any delivery-related concerns.
