What to expect at each step:
- Pending → Confirmed: Usually within a few hours on business days. You will receive an email confirmation.
- Confirmed → Processing: We pick and pack your items. Typically 1 business day.
- Processing → Shipped (delivery orders): We hand your parcel to the courier. You'll receive tracking details via email.
- Processing → Ready for Pickup (pickup orders): We'll notify you by email when your order is ready at our office in Dasmariñas, Cavite. Office hours: Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- → Delivered: Carrier confirms delivery, or you collect your order at our office. Order is complete.
📝 Delivery Guidelines
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address
- Inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately
- For COD orders, please prepare the exact payment amount upon delivery
- Delivery personnel may ask for a valid ID to verify the recipient
- For bulky or high-value items, prior scheduling may be required
🛈 Dealer & Installer Deliveries
Authorized dealers and installers may have different delivery arrangements based on their agreements.
Bulk orders may be subject to special handling and scheduling. Please coordinate with your account manager or
contact us for any delivery-related concerns.
